You reach an intersection with no signs or signals at the same time as a car on the cross street to your right. Who must yield?

On a one-lane-each-way road posted at 40 mph, you approach a stopped tow truck with its lights flashing and cannot change lanes. Under the Move Over/Slow Down law you must:
